Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital educational content, all course fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Before Course Access
If payment has been made but access has not yet been provided, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Course Cancellation
If PGIFM cancels a course without providing an alternative arrangement, students will be eligible for an appropriate refund or credit.
Technical Issues
Students experiencing technical problems should contact us immediately.
We will make every reasonable effort to restore access before considering any refund request.
